** We would ask you to ensure that your child's name is on their lunch box, school bag, coat, all pieces of their uniform and their PE kit as well as their PE bag as without this it can be an impossible task for us to locate lost property. **

  • Our PE days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please come with your full PE kit on these days. It is helpful to have PE kits ready the night before it is needed.
  • School dinners cost £2.60 per day - £13 per week.

ON THE FIRST DAY OF EACH WEEK (usually Monday) nono **

Some of us go to after-school activities such as:

  • MONDAY: STEM Club (Maths/Science investigations) with Mrs McGeehan and Ms McBride.

COMPUTERS in Cranrua with Mrs Clarke and Mrs Acheson.

  • WEDNESDAY: Bible Club with Mrs Henry.
  • Healthy Kids (MONDAY); Football (Monday)Judo (WEDNESDAY) and Girls' Dancing (WEDNESDAY) - these are activities taken by outside experts for which there is a charge.

** Please remind your child if they are staying for an after-school activity before they come to school.

If they are unable to stay or change their mind about going to the activity please let the teacher concerned know ASAP so that we don't think your child has got lost when they don't turn up. **

Also, some of children will be getting music tuition for the first time such as:

  • Percussion (Mondays)
  • Violin or viola (Fridays)

** Please remember to bring your instrument on the correct days **

If your child is unable to attend school please let us know either by ringing Mrs Douglas in the office or send in an absence note on the day they return to school - there is a link underneath where you can print off a letter which you can use.

We would remind you to please inform us if your child has an infectious illness (such as chickenpox or shingles) as there is a child in school who could become seriously ill if they come into contact with such illnesses.
