Our Amazing Brain

  Year 7M have been taking part in a 6 week program on how to deal with anxiety, techniques on how to cope and what to do in school and at home to avoid it. Janine took the program and with the help of Mr McKane we carried out activities to avoid anxiety and how to train our brain to stay calm.
