Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas 🎄
and a Peaceful and Healthy New Year!
Y2 OB made cards and wrote personal cards
to some of the residents in
St Francis Nursing Home.
Mrs OB delivered the cards and the staff were very grateful and
thanked all the children for their kindness and
thinking of other people this Christmas time!
Mrs Murray called to wish the children all a Happy Christmas and reminded them to keep safe!
We sang We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to her!🎤🎼
Talented wee mites in Y2 OB! I am so proud of each one of you!
Christmas Party Treats.
Ho! Ho! Ho!
A special visitor came to visit today.
The children were extremely excited and told Santa all
about Bertie our class Elf and their wishes.
Santa was very kind a gave each child a gift.
Thank you Santa we loved seeing you today!
Christmas Treat for School Dinner!
Due to restrictions and the safety of the children the children ate their dinner together in the classroom.
Thank you to all the kitchen staff and supervisors who cooked and transported the meals to the classrooms.
The children throughly enjoyed their lunch and it was lovely to see all the children eating together.
Bertie our Elf in his daily letters gave the children the task of making a hat for
our Christmas treat Dinner.
Christmas Jumper Day
Thank you for the kind donation.
Y2 OB had a grand total of £52.50
which was very kind of you and this contribution
went to Daisy Lodge a worthwhile charity
for children suffering from cancer.
Bertie the Elf gave the children a task of decorating
a jumper at home and he left a treat for all who
completed the task.
In small groups we decorated a larger design and they all looked fantastic!
Our Good Elf gave us tasks.
The first one was to give him a new name - He choose the name Bertie.
Another task was to draw him and also his special friend Santa
who he brought to our class to help him watch the boys and girls making sure
they were all being good!
