As part of our Shared Education programme, Mary, from Relax Kids came to school today to help us with strategies to aid our wellbeing. The 7 steps of relax kids are:
1. Move 2. Play 3. Stretch 4. Feel 5, Breathe 6. Believe 7. Relax
Believe - we need to say nice things to ourselves, this gives us confidence and makes us feel good about ourselves. Our challenge for the week is to repeat the following statements while we are brushing our teeth!
I am amazing!
I am brilliant!
I am special!
